• Where is the store based?

• What's the best way to contact you?

  We highly recommend emailing us at ursalutra[at]gmail[dot]com. Storenvy's contact form has been known to be buggy, and your message might not come through.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Estimated delivery times based on surveys by Posti: Finland 2-4 working days, Nordic countries and Central Europe 2-5 working days, rest of Europe 3-6 working days. Rest of the world: large cities 4-10 working days; other destinations: no estimate available.

  We ship some larger items in economy class to reduce the shipping costs. Based on surveys by Posti, the estimated delivery time for these items will be 12+ working days.

• Does my order have tracking?

  Tracking isn't included. Tracking would add ~$16-20 to the shipping cost depending on your location and the weight of the package.

• Who manages the store?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
